FW106 - M&E Contractor Framework

Translink’s Infrastructure and Projects Division is responsible for delivering Capital Projects to all Northern Ireland Railways Company, Ulsterbus, Metro and NITHC infrastructure and property. In order to assist with the Division’s programme for Electrical and Mechanical Capital Projects, Translink wish to engage Suppliers onto a Framework to undertake the works.  The scope of the Framework is to provide Electrical / Mechanical Construction works to support the delivery of the Infrastructure Departments programme of Capital works. The type of build or refurbishment projects to be undertaken using the Framework Suppliers are: Corporate Offices Bus Stations Rail Stations Integrated Bus / Rail Facilities Workshops / Garages / Warehouse Car Parks / Access Roads Park & Ride Facilities Offices Retail units Fuel and Wash facilities Infrastructure structures Works disciplines may include: Design CCTV Air conditioning General circuit wiring Fire alarms, detection and panels Telecommunications Access systems –incl doors and barriers Distribution boards Sensors Lighting Demolitions Associated builder works Health & Safety Arrangements Training provision
