The requirement of this procurement is to secure physiotherapy services. Such services are provided for those TfL colleagues referred by the business to the OH&W service.
There is a business requirement to have physiotherapy services which are:
- Able to deliver services closer to where our staff live and work
- Able to deliver services at times more convenient to colleagues’ needs
- More flexible to cope with unforeseen demands
