Published requirement description

The East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative (EMPC) as the Authority wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for its members the Dose Banded Products & Patient Specific Chemotherapy Services as defined in this specification.

This procurement exercise is being carried out as an Open Procedure under the PA23 Regulations.

The Framework will run for an initial 2 Year period with an option to extend for a further 2 Years.

(2 + 2 - maximum duration 4 Years)

This a new PME notice published due to changes in the Procurement Timetable.

The previous notice was published on 12th May 2025 under

2025/S 000-020394.

    19 Nov 2026, 23:59 GMTThe East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative (EMPC) wishes to notify the market of a further Prior Market Engagement (PME) event in relation to the forthcoming procurement for Dose Banded Chemotherapy Products and Patient Specific Services. The original PME notice was published on the Find a Tender Service on 12 May 2025 (Notice Identifier: 2025/S 000-020394). Since publication of that notice, the proposed procurement timetable has changed and the Authority is undertaking a further market engagement exercise to provide an update to the market. The purpose of the PME meeting is to: Inform suppliers of the revised procurement timetable; Discuss the draft specification; Discuss the proposed commercial schedule; and Provide suppliers with an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 19th November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All interested suppliers are invited to attend, regardless of whether they participated in the previous PME exercise. Suppliers wishing to attend should register their interest by contacting Jane Brailsford at [email protected]. A Teams invite will be sent out.
