Framework Agreement for the supply X-Ray and Contrast Media

The purpose of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the supply of X-Ray Contrast Media products to the participating Trusts. The Supplier/s must be willing and able to respond to varying levels of service/product demands e.g. seasonal peaks and troughs in product requirements and respond to clinical change and development. Current Acute Membership is listed below but is subject to change throughout the life of any resulting contract. Additional information: The current annual value with the EMPC members is £1.7m per annum The estimated contract value is in the region of £20m (for the 4 year Framework period), depending on Contract take up by the Trusts listed in 4(Description) above.
