Published requirement description

This Prior Information Notice is to notify potential providers of an upcoming Market Engagement Event concerning NHS Devon Integrated Care Board's (the Commissioner) intention to reopen a Framework Agreement for new applicants and appoint suitable providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver the following services:

LOT 1 - Live-in Care at Home for All-Ages

LOT 2 - Complex Care for All-Ages

LOT 3 - Trusted Assessors for Spot Therapy and Clinical Psychology Provision (SEND)

The geography covered is that of NHS Devon ICB.

The framework agreement was established on 12th January 2026 for a period of 4 years ending on 11th January 2030.

The Market Engagement Event will be held via MS Teams on Thursday 1st October between 3pm and 4pm. Interested Providers should register their details at: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/DvVFdHqYem .

Providers already admitted to the Framework do not need to reapply.

Previous Unsuccessful Bidders to the Framework Agreement are able to apply again.

The combined maximum value of the Framework Agreement is £61,297,064 for the 4-year period

NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) has a statutory duty to commission Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Physiotherapy (PT) and Clinical Psychology for Children and Young People (CYP) who are eligible, for whom they are responsible.
