Conditions of participation1

A Selection Questionnaire is included in the ITT that details conditions.

Names and qualifications of delivery staff must be submitted
What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40–120 points depending on the lot; most lots put it at 40 points.
  • “Framework 4: ITSO and Wider Transport Ticketing & Payment Consultancy…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
