West Dunbartonshire Council on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership seeks to establish an Open Flexible Framework for the provision of community support services for adults aged 18 to 65 years who require additional support due to learning disability, autism, complex needs, physical disability, cognitive impairment including acquired brain injury, sensory impairment and mental health challenges.
