"description": "Provision of additional support services for adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities, including those with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.\nServices will be person centred, outcomes focused and delivered in line with Self Directed Support Option 2 and Option 3. Providers will support individuals to live independently within their communities and work in partnership with the HSCP and other agencies.\nServices must be capable of delivery on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year basis where required.\nThe duration of the framework exceeds four years due to the complex and long term nature of the services being delivered.
