The successful operator is required to operate an onsite café selling appropriate food and drink to users of the popular cycle centre.
The operator will also be required to operate an onsite bike retail shop and repair workshop.

The successful operator is required to provide an uplift service (minibus and road legal cycle trailer) to securely transport mountain bikers and their bikes to the start of the downhill trails.
