Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Bury Adult Social Care Housing with Additional Needs Strategy outlines the need to increase the number of beds / units in Bury by 2025 for people with Adult Social Care needs, including those with a mental health diagnosis. This strategy underpins the vision of the Bury 2030 Let's Do It strategy. The Bury Adult Social Care Housing with Additional Needs Market Position Statement projects an additional 86 supported living units are required to provide mental health provision by 2025. A Mental Health Housing Group has been established to progress this work, with colleagues from health and social care teams and the housing growth and infrastructure team, providing valuable knowledge and insight. Commissioners have worked with developers and are seeking a care provider for a new mental health supported living scheme that is focused on delivering positive outcomes for Bury people. The property provides 14 self-contained apartments over 2 floors. The developer is St David Group and the Registered Housing Provider is Inclusion Homes. The property is newly developed. The supported living service required is for 24/7 supported accommodation with specialist skills to support people with their mental health recovery.
