What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe University is looking for a partner to supply all food supplies to the University’s internal catering functions, (at least) 6 days a week throughout the year, initially on its’ two Exeter campuses.
The contract will cover the following categories:
- Chilled Dairy, Eggs & Processed Provisions
- Grocery Ambient Dry Provisions
- Chilled & Frozen Meat, Poultry, Game, Fish & Shellfish Provisions
- Fresh, Ambient & Frozen Bakery Provisions
- Fresh & Frozen Fruit and Vegetable Produce
- Non-food Consumables and Chemicals
Contract length - 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 x 12 month
