Coverage: 273 active published awards; 267 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
FLS is seeking experienced service providers for the provision of Low Loader Moves within forestry environments. To ensure the continuity of delivery for various operations within Land Management, Harvesting and Marketing, Civil Engineering and workshop repairs, we require our heavy plant machinery, grab tanks and site safes, etc., to be securely transported within and between sites. Heavy plant will consists of timber harvesters, timber forwarders, tractors and a drill rig to be moved within site; site to site; between regions; site to workshop and back, or external repair agencies as required. The work involves moving our equipment within forests environments, which includes driving fully loaded low loaders on long gravel forest roads. All suppliers’ drivers will need to be competent/trained in driving on Forest roads.
