Coverage: 280 active published awards; 270 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleWe are going to be re-tendering a new outstations framework shortly so in the meantime we need to purchase this equipment to maintain flood resilience. This model is fully WITS DNP3 enabled over 4G communications and is currently the only device that is known to meet our requirements for type 4 - our highest specification outstation for MEICA and more complex telemetry assets with our EA telemetry network. |
