Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published
No-engagement rationaleNot published
Procedure rationale(e) in the case of supply contracts for additional deliveries by the original supplier which are intended whether as a partial replacement of supplies or installations or as the extension of supplies or installations, where a change of supplier would oblige the utility to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance; The supplier, who currently provides a full turnkey maintenance and technical support service for these trains within their own maintenance depots retain the intellectual property for any software integration to the train's management system and to eliminate all risks associated with the procurement of equipment that would need to be fully integrated to the existing train's management system, TPE intend to award a sole supplier with Siemens Mobility for the Class 185 trains.
