Coverage: 40 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleExtreme and unavoidable urgency
Developments within the industry that were outside of the control and unforeseeable in impact requires UKSA needs to act quickly to support it's interests and the sector this requires financial DD being performed to inform decision making that has become urgent with timelines not within our control as an organisation.
Ernst & Young, who have previously delivered the original work for UKSA/DSIT were chosen as the sole supplier capable of delivery. Their established familiarity with the ask and the organisations involved places them in a unique position to undertake this due diligence quickly and effectively, ensuring both efficiency and value for money. |
