Coverage: 2 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Aster Group is a housing association that provides homes to thousands of people across the south of England and London. As an organisation, it maintains approx. 37,000 homes and within this number, a significant number of multi-storey properties that need to be maintained by Aster’s DLO (Direct Labour Organisation). For these muti-storey properties, Aster’s DLO require functioning fall-arrest equipment that are maintained and tested in accordance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and HSWA to allow them to effectively and safely complete their duties. Aster’s current fall arrest equipment is located across 38 different sites through Aster’s operating regions. The equipment across each site varies but they are largely all man safe guardrails, ladders fall arrest systems and wire lifeline systems.
