EVENT MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

The Department has published this PIN to provide information on the planned procurement, as described below. This remains subject to internal approvals and the Department reserves the right to make amendments, or to not proceed with the procurement.<br/><br/>The Authority is seeking suppliers to form an Event Management and Delivery Framework. The services required include, but are not limited to:<br/><br/>

• Major indoor and outdoor (metropolitan and non-metropolitan) event delivery<br/>
• Event planning, consultancy, design, delivery, coordination and management <br/>
• Event Manager Contractors<br/>
• Event security including crowd and traffic management, stewarding, security guards, crowd dynamic modelling, adaptation of facilities, security project management, close protection security (VIP security and access), outdoor and indoor crowd control.
• Infrastructure (temporary structures), marquees, fencing and barriers, trackway and walkway.<br/>
• Professional Services (cost consultancy, strategic, financial consultancy), media services, communication, project management and/coordination, supplier health and safety advice. <br/>

• Supply chain management (sourcing, and managing suppliers/sub-contractors, negotiating costs, delivery arrangement)<br/>

• Event Technology Infrastructure (Digital security, Solar CCTV Camera Towers) Mobile Masts, WiFi System, PA Systems.<br/><br/>(Please note that these services will be required on events of different sizes & locations) <br/><br/>The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to:<br/><br/>Provide advance notice that the Authority is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up new contract suppliers to form part of a Event Management and Delivery Framework under forthcoming Procurement Act (2023) provisions:<br/><br/>
• Understand the market interest in this procurement and identify applicable suppliers.<br/>
