What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionAs a research and evidence project, the aims of the contract are to:
Aim 1 – Capture valuable learning from OWEAP, as a pioneering programme tackling the dual challenges of expansion of offshore wind and the protection and enhancement of the marine environment.
Aim 2 – Quantify the impact of OWEAP, including the contribution of evidence from each project and assess OWEAP’s influence at a programme level on associated policy.

Publisher note: Virtual Supplier Engagement Event details: Thursday 26th August 2021 13:30 - 15:00 hours. Event to be held On Microsoft Teams. The event provides a forum for potential suppliers to gain an understanding of the requirements and our commercial approach. It provides opportunities to share and gain feedback which may be used to shape and refine the proposition before any formal procurement commences. Information provided on the Authority's current thinking should be considered formative in nature. All those organisations wishing to attend should register their interest via email to [email protected] on or before 25/08/2021 where by a link will be provided to the event. For those unable to attend, full information following the event will be uploaded onto the Defra's e-Tendering system.
