Published justification

Supply of an Evosep One Liquid Chromatography System and Evosep and IonOpticks consumables for use within the MRC-PPU Mass Spectrometry Facility and FingerPrints Proteomics Facility at the University of Dundee. The equipment and consumables are required to support existing proteomics workflows, namely PRM, high-throughput LC-MS assays, peptide centric and in depth proteomic LC-MS assays single-cell proteomics and ongoing funded research projects. The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator due to protection of exclusive right Fintiede Solutions Ltd have with both EvoSep & IonOpticks.

Review procedure

The University shall incorporate a minimum of TEN (10) calendar days standstill period between notification of the intention to award the contract and the final conclusion of the award of contract. This period allows suppliers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have TWO (2) working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of THREE (3) working days before the expiry of the standstill period.
