- Finalisation of Programme — Final Programme to be presented in readiness for initial meeting, as per section 5.2.
- Compliance with project plan and milestones - Number of events held — Four (4) events or more must have taken place by 30 November 2025 Seven (7) events or more must have taken place by 31 January 2026 Ten (10) events in total must have taken place by 31 March 2026
- Unique enterprises — A minimum of 30 unique enterprises/individuals per event as per table 1 and district proportionality in table 2.
- Variance — Variance between actual and expected attendance per event must not exceed 10%.
- Post event feedback – Completion of forms — A minimum of 80% of event attendees must complete the post-event feedback survey * A series of questions to be set with NEEB at inception meeting.
- Post event feedback – Attendee feedback — A minimum of 75% of attendees must provide positive feedback in the post-event survey, which can be completed on the day of the event.
- Management Reporting — In accordance with section 5.2 of the Specification, an accurate and comprehensive report is to be provided by 10th of the following month from September 2025 until 16 April 2026
- Meeting Attendance — In accordance with section 5.2 of the Specification, the Contractor must attend the monthly meetings to discuss the reporting presented.
