Tatton Park EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale and ticketing ) and Management Information System

  • How the procedure runs: The Competitive Flexible Procedure will be 3 stages but stage 1 and 2 will be combined into one submission. The Participation and Shortlisting stage is the first stage in the tendering procedure in which Suppliers are assessed. As there are limited requirements in the PSQ and all questions are pass/fail, tenderers are required to more…complete both the PSQ and the Tender Response Document. (Combined Stage 1 and 2 response). Suppliers wishing to participate in the tendering procedure must complete and return the 2 key documents named and associated documents (including ICT Questionnaire IAQ Part 1). ICT Questionnaires Part 2,3,4 will be requested from the 3 top ranking shortlisted suppliers invited to Stage 3. Stage 3 – is onsite Demonstrations and completion of ICT Questionnaires 2,3,4

  • Tatton Park EPOS and Ticketing System Functional Requirements — Functional requirements of the system to meet EPOS and On-Line Ticketing Evaluated on a MoSCow method
  • Pricing Schedule — 30% of score as a proportion to lowest bid The cost of the first three (3) years will be evaluated - with CPI being a possible indexation for further years.
  • Social Value — Social value 10% Social Value consisting of: • Creating Healthier and more Resilient Communities 2.5% • Economic 2.5% • Environmental 5.0%
  • Stage 3 - Pricing 30% — Pricing 30% - carried forward from stage 2
  • Stage 3 - User Stories (On Site Demonstrations) 70% — User Stories (On Site Demonstrations) 70% The shortlisted three (3) bidders who have scored highest in stage 2 will be invited between 16th July 2026 and 21st August 2026 to take part in “User Stories” – which will be on site (at Tatton Park) to illustrate how the offering / system will meet specific criteria as set out. Completion of ICT Questionnaires Part 2,3,4 will also be required prior to the demonstrations.

How it runs
The Competitive Flexible Procedure will be 3 stages but stage 1 and 2 will be combined into one submission.
