It should be understood and accepted that this RFI is not a bidding process and it does not form (nor intends to form) any part of a formal supplier evaluation and/or a contractual process. HSCNI does not and cannot commit to the procurement of any services further to this RFI.
For the avoidance of doubt, a fully completed response will include:
- A fully completed Tab 1 (included within the RFI Response Document) in line with the instructions specified in the document; and
- A fully completed Tab 2 (included within the RFI Response Document) in line with the instructions specified in the document.
