Coverage: 47 active published awards; 46 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleNHS Hertfordshire and West Essex have been working with system partners to review and redesign the Enhanced Respiratory Service to ensure that it meets the needs of our patient population. This new contractual period will allow continuation of that service redesign and transformation, allowing a tried and tested model to inform the ICBs strategic model of care for respiratory. To procure the service at this stage will destabilise the good work which has been delivered to date and hinder our ability to ensure that we achieve a high quality service for our patients.
