Coverage: 32 active published awards; 31 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
BEIS required a service provider to assess applications and provide recommendation on eligibility for
participation in the scheme. The Supplier will assess company legitimacy to mitigate fraud risks, and
engage with the applicant to analyse their energy configuration, in order to assess the eligibility of the
energy volumes they propose to claim for. BEIS also require an assessment per eligible provider of
readiness to participate in the scheme, and a validity assessment of their claims. An overall fraud risk
assessment is required per provider, based on the findings of all checks.
