Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished valueNot publishedThis component of the EMPOWER programme aims to contribute to creating a vibrant and self-sustaining private sector market for voluntary FP services in urban and semi-urban areas. This will involve identifying the market segments that can pay for their services and building capacity of private for profit (PFP) and Private-Not-For-Profit (PNFP) outlets to provide these services affordably and sustainably. FCDO expects the private sector to play an increasing role in contributing to Uganda’s targeted modern contraceptive prevalence rate (mCPR) and to increase the share FP service delivery covered by other funding sources beyond GOU and donors, including, for example, out of pocket and health insurance. Potential interventions are expected to address both demand and supply factors, and the delivery partner(s) are expected to test and scale up the most appropriate interventions..Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
