High Level Requirements:

1. Knowledge Portal – containing all HR Policies where employees can obtain guidance and sign posting.

2. Case Management System – A system to manage cases relating to ER topics that can be accessed via different means (PC, mobile etc) which securely stores all relevant case documentation, interview notes, and relating documentation required and follows the pre-determined case management process as detailed by Network Rail.
