What is being bought
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) requires the provision of ad-hoc video conference services between Tribunals and individuals who have been permitted to give evidence remotely using a video conference system. Possible scenarios may include, but not be limited to, the following: a) Evidence given from a private residence b) Evidence given from a workplace c) Evidence given from another form of institution d) Multiple individuals giving evidence from separate locations e) An individual who may have difficulty in giving evidence due to a physical impairment f) Evidence given Evidence given in the UK and internationally g) Evidence given where the individual may or may not have access to a laptop, webcam or internet h) Evidence given from prison, including international prisons Please note there is no guarantee of the level of work against this contract and all Supplier Personnel working on this contract must hold SC Level Clearance.
