As an example, this could involve scheduled time in hubs as part of a wider rota system for a day or few hours each time with other Hub partners, community drop ins, community consultation or support run directly from the hub as part of family support. There is an expectation that there will be a level of visibility across each of the 14 Hubs by 2026.\n-Partnership working with other agencies to ensure that families can access the right support at the right time.\n-Accessible early help and prevention support to whole families (not specialist or therapeutic- such as counselling).\n-Direct support that can be available 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Support should be responsive to need.\n-Opportunities for volunteering and access to peer mentors.\n-A range of means of accessing the service, including self-referral, telephone and online as a minimum. Pathways can be developed with other partners.\n-A sustainable delivery model and an innovative approach to partnership and funding.
