What is being bought
Great Places Housing Group are looking to engage with suitably qualified and experienced Modular HomeConstruction Suppliers, for their Dynamic Purchasing System. The framework can be accessed by any member of Innovation Chain NorthWest. Membership of ICN will be restricted to those who will seek to deliver mixed use housing and associated social infrastructure schemes within the geographic regions identified. The current registered providers who may use the ICN framework are shown via the link below: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-social-housing Any subsidiaries of the registered providers included on the above list will have access to ICN. At this time we do not know who will join next framework. However, list of current clients can be found at: https://www.innovationchainnw.co.uk/about

    Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) are making changes to the Supplier Questionnaire used on the selection stage of their tender, Dynamic Purchasing System for Modular Home Construction (OJEU Notice 2019/S 223-546438). For the initial rounds of this tender, GPHG used the PAS-91 Questionnaire. It has been deemed that this questionnaire contains several sections which are not relevant to the tender, but could not be removed if using this Questionnaire. To alleviate administrative burden for both bidders and evaluators, going forward GPHG will now be using the standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) template. On posting this amendment, GPHG will observe a voluntary 30 day standstill period for any bidders to comment on the above. GPHG will post the tender using the SQ template 30 days after the submission of this amendment notice.
