Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 6 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Department for Education (DfE) has granted Local Authorities funding to provide Holiday Activities with Food (HAF) to cover the Easter, Summer and Christmas holiday periods from April 2021 to March 2025. The aim of the HAF programme is to support children and young people aged between 4 and 16 who are eligible for Free School Meals to access high quality activities and food free of charge over each of these holiday periods. The provision shall be via a pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System and is open to admitted providers throughout the period of validity which will initially be until end of March 2025 but could be extended dependent on future funding availability.
