In order to deliver our work globally, the British Council uses fit-for-purpose Drupal content management systems (CMS). The British Council would like to hear from providers that have proven experience in developing, implementing and managing Drupal solutions.

Published description of the framework

Work orders will be awarded through mini competitions among eligible suppliers on the Lot. If no supplier within the Lot can accept the work, the opportunity may then be offered to the wider market. Orders with an estimated value below £5,000 exclusive of VAT will be offered to the top rank supplier, and if they are unable to fulfil it will be offered to the second places supplier, and so on.
