Published justification

The contract was awarded as a call-off under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement, RM1557.14, Lot 2: Cloud Software.

G-Cloud 14 was established following a compliant procurement under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Infoshare+ Limited is an appointed supplier on Lot 2.

G-Cloud 14 Lots 1 to 3 permit direct award after the buyer has followed the framework buying process, and further competition is not permitted. DfT Operator Limited assessed the available services against its requirements and awarded the call-off to Infoshare+ Limited in accordance with the framework terms.

A separate call for competition was therefore not required for this call-off contract.
