Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleThe OPONI rely on a derogation, in this case 32 (2) (b) (iii), due to technical reasons as Clue Computing Ltd own exclusive rights to the IL5 security level system which has been heavily bespoked for OPONI and are the sole supplier for support, maintenance and licensing. In addition for the additional licences it OPONI will also rely on the provisions of Reg 32(2)(b)(ii) on the basis of the technical compatibility requirements. |
