Published description of the framework
Call Off Ordering Procedures Call off contracts will be offered to the 1st ranked supplier. Supplier 2 will be offered the Call-off contract in the event that: Supplier 1 does not accept the offer of work for any reason; or Supplier 1 does not respond to the offer of work within five (5) working days; or Supplier 1 declares a Conflict of Interest; or Supplier 1 does not have the capacity to undertake and complete the work within LPS timescales or operational constraints; or Supplier 1 has been suspended or removed from the call off list in accordance with Schedule 3 (Framework Monitoring) of the Terms and Conditions for Framework Arrangements. The next Call-off contract will again be offered to the Supplier ranked first even if they did not accept the previous assignment. For the avoidance of doubt LPS shall at its sole discretion decide if there is any potential conflict of interest that a Supplier has from the information disclosed in the relevant circumstances and reserves the right to move to the next Supplier accordingly. The Supplier and the LPS Representative will agree work outputs before work commences. When expected outputs do not meet LPS requirements this element of Work Package will be reallocated to the next ranked Supplier. When outputs are not achieved, parts of the Work Package may be removed and given to the next ranked Supplier.
