Published requirement descriptionIt has been established that the Building Management System (BMS) that has been partially upgraded during the Refurbishment Project at the BEW that commenced in 2019, is not being currently maintained. Due to it being an integral system controlling the HVAC system and associated M&E assets within the BEW compound, it is imperative that a service contract is put in place immediately.

Schneider Electric are the only entity who have the capability and competency to service and maintain the system (legacy and new) installed at the British Embassy Washington (BEW) premises. Subsequently, following the partial upgrade of the system, any 3rd party intervention could jeopardise warranties, whilst there are still some current issues with the system to be addressed/rectified, where the appointment of SE will assist in the process. In addition, the system must be maintained by Schneider to guarantee warranty.
