(i) Specialist conservation architects or conservation architects on the RIBA Conservation Register; or
(ii) Chartered building surveyors on the Surveyors Register of RICS Certified Historic Building Professionals; or
(iii) CIAT-accredited conservationists on the CIAT Directory of Accredited Conservationists will be considered
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
