For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this notice.<br/><br/>Following market engagement activities which took place between 21st May and 5th June 2025, HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is issuing this Contract Notice on behalf of Barts Health NHS Trust who is seeking to procure dental laboratory services for the registered patient population of City of London and East London, UK.<br/><br/>Barts Health NHS Trust Institute of Dentistry is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to appoint qualified and experienced providers who have the capability of providing external dental laboratory services to support the Trusts day-to-day dental procedures and patient care activities.<br/><br/>The scope of this agreement is to fulfil the Trusts requirement for external dental laboratory work for:<br/><br/>

• Fixed Prosthodontics,<br/>
• Removable Prosthetics, and<br/>
