- AC1 - Service Delivery Plan: Tenderers must demonstrate how they plan to deliver an efficient and effective service within the requirements of the contract with specific reference to the detailed requirements outlined within the 02 Specification of Requirements. The response should include, but not limited to the following points: • How key personnel meet the minimum level of qualifications required as outlined in document 02 Specification Schedule. • Outline how your personnel are qualified and trained to meet the needs of SBEW needs pupils. • Outline how the relevant qualifications being offered can support and enhance a pupil’s experience alongside mainstream subjects. • How key personnel have accredited and non-accredited training to meet the needs of pupils who may have SBEW needs/as outlined in 02 Specification Schedule. • Outline a timetable as to how your organisation plans to deliver the course content before the end of each academic year. • How key personnel devise and follow risk assessments and subsequent plans appropriate to the needs of pupils within your setting. E.g. behaviour, manual handling, medical needs etc. • Any additional training key personnel in your setting have accessed. E.g. Food hygiene, First Aid, Fire Safety, GDPR. Suppliers’ response to this criterion must not exceed 4 pages (portrait); font size no smaller than Calibri size 12.
- AC2 - Social Value (Alternative Approach): With reference to the Social Value Delivery Plan (Annex 1 of document 02 Specification Schedule), describe HOW you will support and ensure the delivery of: Theme 1 – SECURE EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS Theme 4 – PROMOTING WELLBEING Suppliers’ response to this criterion must not exceed 4 pages (portrait); font size no smaller than Calibri size 12.
- AC3 - Price: Suppliers must download and fully complete the document 03 Pricing Schedule. The document must then be uploaded into the financial envelope on eTendersNI.

Technical ability to perform the contract – Previous Experience
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
