What is being bought
Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) undertakes deer and wildlife management on Scotland’s national forests and land to support and contribute to our biodiversity, climate emergency mitigation, social, cultural and silvicultural objectives. This means maintaining healthy deer and wildlife populations in balance with their local environment through culling.
As part of commercial best practice we are seeking to engage with the market to see how we can best shape our contractual arrangements to achieve the stated FLS objectives and secure the best value solutions for all of our operations.
We are inviting responses from current or prospective suppliers in the deer and wildlife management sector. We would like to hear your innovative ideas and what constitutes an attractive contractual arrangement. Your feedback will be utilised to inform the commercial strategy and specification. This PIN Notice and associated questionnaire is for information gathering and market engagement only. This is not a call for competition.
