LHA wishes to procure a contractor for this contract. The works will consist of gutter cleaning to the majority of high level (3 or 4 Storey High) properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of our Cyclical Maintenance Programme 2021 to 2026, generally within the Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langlands areas.
Minor repairs should be attended to when onsite. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts ( Scotland) Regulations 2015.
SPD(Scotland) Version 1 Question 2D 1.2 - Bidders must provide a separate SPD response ( Sections A and B of this Part and Part III) for each subcontractor.
