SPD Part IV: Selection criteria - B: Economic and financial standing – Question 4B.5 - Tenderers are required to hold, or commit to obtaining prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

o c. Professional Indemnity - 5m GBP
Where a Tenderer does not hold or commit to obtaining the types and levels of insurance indicated, the Council will exclude the Tenderer from the competition

An additional hour has been added onto the submission deadline to resolve an acknowledged IT fault with the SPD module of the PCS website.
Due to an IT error blocking some submission to the Postbox, the original deadline was extended until 12pm to allow PCS to ascertain the cause of the issue. The issue has now been found and resolved within the SDP module on the website. As this caused a 1 hour delay in site access, a new deadline of 13:00 (1pm) 16/12/2021 has been set for any Tenderer's affected to submit Tenders for this procureme…
