What is being bought

AWARD of a Framework Agreement for the requirement of ISO certification, training and testing. The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is committed to the delivery of excellence in public services by ensuring our services meet the highest standards of governance and service delivery through continuous improvement. A key objective is to drive service improvement and customer outcomes via quality frameworks, audit and inspection. The Council is currently ISO accredited in the following areas: ISO 9001:2015 – Housing Property; Planning & Building Standards; Transport (including Roads & Tram). ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety for Property and Facilities Management Cleaning Services. ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 Laboratory testing and inspection for Scientific Services ISO 50001 Energy Management
