    A provision of a third-party service via a digital resource is needed for Children, Young People, Young Adults and Parents/Carers/Families,that includes online support options, messaging/chat, safe space, and text-based communication. This service would supplement existing non digital support services available across the city. The Council estimate we will require support for children and young people aged between 5 to 26 years old, with the main focus being the 12-18 years age range. The provision of a digital resource as an online support platform should be:- * Inclusive and accessible for all. * Facilitate and support Children/Young People/Young Adults. * Ensure a safe environment for the users.
