What is being bought
The provision of Analytical Data Solutions Credit Referencing and Tracing Services for HMCTS, LAA, CCMD Commercial, OPG and CICA. The purpose of this contract for: - HMCTS is to provide additional intelligence, through which to trace parties and enable enforcement of court orders, collect monies across criminal, civil and family jurisdictions. - Legal Aid Agency is to provide a credit check service for the civil and criminal proceedings funding, to determine client’s/ debtor’s ability to repay an outstanding liability which has been deemed repayable following the public funding received in relation to the proceedings. A tracing service is also required to locate clients/ debtors trying to evade repayment. - MOJ CCMD is to help mitigate against any legal or commercial risk in particular to financial viability of existing or potential suppliers. This enables MOJ to procure great services and goods at competitive prices that offer value for money and help to deliver the frontline justice services that protect the public, reduce reoffending, and provide citizens with swift access to justice. - OPG is to utilise address data, confirm customer bereavement data, and financial data to support OPG operational business. - CICA to trace applicants who have moved away from their last known address and are no longer contactable on any email or phone number held by CICA. This will enable CICA to establish contact and pay the retained award of compensation due to applicants
