Coverage: 298 active published awards; 295 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Nottingham City Council is seeking to appoint an organisation to deliver specialist safe, stable and short-term, temporary supported accommodation service for pregnant teenagers, teenage parents and their children, who (at the point of entry into the service) are unable to access or maintain their living arrangements.
The purpose of the service will be to provide safe, supported accommodation for pregnant teenagers, teenage parents and their children in Nottingham; providing the space and means for the teenagers to become great parents. The service will support teenage parents to ultimately gain access to settled, sustainable living arrangements that will enable them to live as independently as possible, and to encourage the means (e.g. through the development of skills, resilience and the creation of successful support networks) to enable these arrangements to be maintained. The accommodation is to be provided as a temporary step to enable teenage parents and their children move onto independent living, whilst ensuring that they are safe and supported.
