Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 12 midnight on 26/6/24 via email to: dave.bray@nhs.net\nThis contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.\nDecision maker: General Manager\nConflicts declared: Yes - have members of staffing working at the hospital.\nConflicts managed by: The booking pathways are regulated by the Service Manager via the administration team.  Booking of lists and clinics takes place by RCHT staff to ensure there are no conflicts of interest.
