- Change CURRENT MODIFICATION: Purchase of Oracle Advanced Customer Support (ACS) for 24 months. PRIOR MODIFICATION: This contract was modified previously under notice FTS ref 2024/S 000-003657, Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Given Oracle’s proprietary technical knowledge of its products and Oracle service and development teams, along with the University’s configuration of these, it would not be possible to get such a level of knowledge or expertise from an alternative supplier. Such a change would cause significant inconvenience, delay and cost to bring another supplier up to speed on the University’s requirements, architecture and installation.
