Coverage: 37 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Council requires contracts to provide confectionery and other foodstuffs to the newly refurbished Ipswich Regent Theatre and Corn Exchange venues and additionally to support other retail opportunities and events.
The procurement is divided into 5 lots - each lot covers well-known brands (A lots) but also has the opportunity for smaller, local suppliers to offer their product range (B Lots) .
The Council intends to enter into a non-exclusive Call Off Contracts with the preferred Tenderers in each Lot
