This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intention To Award Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. To confirm, this contract has not yet formally been awarded; this Notice (F03 template) serves as an Intention To Award under the PSR.’

These were reviewed by the Procurement Lead and no actual or potential conflicts requiring mitigation were identified. The declaration of interest documentation is filed on the Trust's Atamis contract management system. <br/><br/>The Authority considered the key criteria required under Regulation 11 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and concluded that Sulis Hospital, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority, provides the optimum combination of quality, patient benefit, integration with existing clinical pathways, service sustainability and value. The Authority determined that no other provider could demonstrate an equivalent level of operational integration and alignment with Trust strategic objectives.
