          "description": "This is an extension of time only to 5th July 2027 with the option to extend to 5th December 2027. There is no anticipated increase to the overall framework value of 93 481 676 GBP as set out in the previous modification notice with Reference No: SEP539620.\nA planned replacement procurement is due to take place, and a new contract will commence on expiry of this contract. A Prior Information Notice will be issued in due course.\nThe Council will also open the existing Framework to operators not currently on it.\nDue to the PCS system not allowing a value of 0 to be entered at section V11.1.6, a value of 1 has been entered. However, to reiterate, there has been no change to the value."
