Delivery of an Adult Community Support Service across Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health client groups. The scope of the procurement encompasses services currently referred to as Community Supports, 24Hr Support, Housing Support and Supported living services. It does not include care at home provision. Services are delivered in a community setting, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, inclusive of sleepovers and waking nights, to adults aged 16 and over who have been assessed by North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership as requiring a service. This Framework was progressed as an open tender and is split into Lots as per below:

- Change This is an extension of time only to 5th July 2027 with the option to extend to 5th December 2027. There is no anticipated increase to the overall framework value of 93 481 676 GBP as set out in the previous modification notice with Reference No: SEP539620. A planned replacement procurement is due to take place, and a new contract will commence on expiry of this contract. A Prior Information Notice will be issued in due course. The Council will also open the existing Framework to operators not currently on it. Due to the PCS system not allowing a value of 0 to be entered at section V11.1.6, a value of 1 has been entered. However, to reiterate, there has been no change to the value., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: Reason 72(1)(c) unforeseen circumstances noted below: (i)the circumstances arising from the decision of 13 March 2026 to change the eligibility criteria, and the consequent need to redesign the delivery model and (ii) that the Council would apply a "refresh" to the further extension under which other economic operators could join.
